The rate is confirmed when you book, the chauffeur stays with the group from first pickup to last drop-off, and the rules are simple and non-negotiable.
One parent or organizer books on behalf of the group and gives us the pickup addresses, the dinner reservation, the venue and the time the dance ends. Dispatch builds the itinerary, confirms the vehicle and the rate, and sends the confirmation to the booking parent. On the night, the chauffeur follows the itinerary exactly, waits during dinner and the dance, and drops each student at the agreed address.
Because the booking is hourly, the vehicle and chauffeur are with the group throughout. There is no second car to find after the dance and no question of who is driving home.
The stretch limousine is the classic choice and seats eight comfortably in formal wear. Groups larger than that are better served by the Sprinter van, which seats up to fourteen, has more headroom for hair and dresses and makes it easier for everyone to travel together rather than splitting into two cars. Both are driven by chauffeurs who handle prom season every year.
Photographs at the pickup are part of the tradition, so we ask the chauffeur to allow time for them before the first departure.
Every chauffeur is licensed and background-checked. Every vehicle is commercially insured and inspected. Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle, unscheduled stops are refused, and the chauffeur will call the booking parent if anything about the night departs from the plan. These rules are explained at booking and again at pickup.
