The stadium occupies a tight site bounded by Potomac Avenue, 2nd Street and R Street SW, with Fort McNair to the west and the South Capitol Street corridor and Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge just to the east. Nationals Park is only a few blocks away. Streets immediately around the ground are commonly closed or restricted before and after events, and the neighborhood is still being built out, so detours change from season to season.
Our chauffeurs come in by South Capitol Street, M Street or Maine Avenue depending on your origin and the closures posted for the day, and drop you at the nearest permitted point. It is typically a walk of a few minutes to the gates among other supporters.
There is no large stadium lot at Audi Field. A limited number of spaces nearby are sold in advance, and most drivers end up in Navy Yard or Southwest garages with a walk at either end. When the baseball team is also at home, those garages serve two crowds. Riding with a chauffeur removes the question entirely: nothing to reserve, nothing to find in the dark afterward.
A full house empties onto a handful of streets, and rideshare pickups are pushed to designated zones that become congested quickly. We fix a meeting point with you before kickoff, usually a block or two back from the closures where the car can pull away cleanly, and the chauffeur is there before the match ends. From there it is a quick run to I-395, I-695 or across the Douglass Bridge to I-295, and you are on your way home while others are still waiting for a driver to accept.
